A Lighthouse Independent Media conference isn’t like a normal conference so, whether this is the first conference you’ve ever attended or whether you’ve been to more than you care to remember, it’s not unusual for you to have questions about making your conference experience as smooth, enjoyable and productive as possible. We’ve written down the answers to many of them:

What is the structure like?

This is a business forum held in a more intimate environment with only 100 C-suite business leaders tucked away in an exotic resort in Phuket. Throughout the three days, there will be presentations, panel discussions and interactive peer sharing that will be very useful for you. For more information on the agenda please refer here.

What arrangements do I have to make from my end?
Lighthouse Independent Media will only pay for your accommodation. Food and beverages are provided during the event dates. Any other costs incurred throughout, before and after the summit dates will be expensed by you.
What does requesting for an invite mean?

Once you request for an invite, a team member will reach out to you to enquire on more details. Please note that requesting for an invite does not confirm your participation at the event. Request invite here.

Can I send a replacement in the event I can’t attend?
While sending in replacements is generally discouraged as all invites are non-transferable, should a last-minute replacement be need, the organisation has the right to vet the seniority of the individual. Please ensure you have spoken to the organising team prior to sending a replacement.
Will there be a cancellation fee if I’m unable to make it?
We really hope you won’t pull out of the event but, should it be unavoidable, there is a cancellation fee of SGD 450. Additionally, you will also be charged for any additional costs incurred by the organiser due to the last-minute cancellation. Nonetheless, please be assured that we will always try to avoid such situations.
In the event of a flight cancellation, what are my liabilities to give up my seat as a delegate?
There will be a cancellation fee of SGD 450 in addition to any additional cost incurred by the organiser due to no-show would be charged to your credit card. However, should you be able to make it to the event at a later or an earlier replacement flight, kindly inform the organiser and we will try our best to accommodate the changes accordingly.
Is the submission of credit card details compulsory upon registration to the event?
Yes, it is. We require your credit card details to secure the room, but no charges will be made at the point of submission. Upon checking out of the hotel you will only be charged for any additional hotel services or consumables you may have used.
What types of credit card will be acceptable?
All major credit cards are acceptable. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX
Can I extend my stay to include my family prior to, or after, the conference?
Yes, if you’d like to extend your stay and bring your family at the same resort or arrange for airport transfer, we can assist you with this at an additional cost to be borne by you. However further details can be discussed only once your seat has been confirmed at the summit.
Are meals provided during the summit?
Yes, meals will be covered throughout the course of the summit as stated in the agenda.
Do you accommodate special dietary requests for the meals provided during the event?
Yes, kindly inform the team during registration confirmation should you have any dietary restrictions we should take note of.
Will there be any other charges?
All charges incurred for goods/services, F&B consumed outside of the main function venues provided by the hotel are at your own expense and you will be required to clear the bill upon departure. These include (but not limited to) spa services and leisure activities, room/housekeeping services, business centre services etc. These are based on your personal account with the hotel and are not connected to Lighthouse Independent Media.
Do I require a VISA to enter into Thailand? If yes, how do I apply?

When and where can I access the event photos?
You would be able to access the event photos via a link to be sent to your email within a week post-summit.
